Welcome to Beasts Armoured Combat! If you’re eager to experience the adrenaline and camaraderie of medieval combat sports, you’ve come to the right place. We’ve made joining simple, enjoyable, and beginner-friendly. Just follow the steps below, and you’ll soon be stepping into the exciting world of Buhurt with the Beasts!

Sign up on our website and complete the digital Legal Liability Waiver.
Head over to our 'Fees & Membership' page to grab your Beasts Club Membership plan: Fees & Membership
Reserve your spot for the 'New Fighter Introduction' at 10 am on Saturday mornings. Our coach will guide you through the essentials for safe training.
Immediately follow up by booking the 'Beasts Softkit Session (Newby Friendly)' at 11 am.
Ensure you're rested, hydrated, and have eaten well to fully enjoy your training experience.
Bring a mouthguard and groin protection. You can find options here >>
Wear clean workout clothes and sneakers that you can dedicate exclusively to training (please don't wear these shoes off the mats).
Keep nails trimmed short and remove all jewellery—including watches and glasses.
Ensure you're freshly showered—training is close-contact, and your teammates will thank you!
Your AMCF Membership
After completing your introduction and initial training, if you're excited to continue your Buhurt journey, register with our parent sporting body, the Australian Medieval Combat Federation (AMCF). This registration ensures you're covered by our group insurance and ready for ongoing participation, and is mandatory
